Shipping Options The following shipping options apply to most orders placed with Greenhouse Organics. The timeframes below refer to delivery of the product once it is in route. Standard Shipping When you place your order, we will give you the date that we expect your order to arrive, pending credit review. All online orders will default to the standard delivery option at checkout.

  • At Greenhouse Organics, we determine our Shipping and Handling charges based on the weight of the item. Greenhouse Organicsuses several carriers and selects the best shipping method when shipping out a package.
  • Greenhouse Organics’s shipping agreements do not allow you to select a customer-preferred carrier. Your order should arrive within 7 business days from the date you place your order.
  • Standard shipping and handling rates are only applicable within the contiguous 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
  • There will be an additional $2.00 shipping and handling charge per item shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Please provide a street address, as Greenhouse Organicsdoes not deliver to FPOs, or APOs. Also, Greenhouse Organicsmaynotdeliver outside the United States or to Puerto Rico.
  • Greenhouse Organicsdoes notship to domestic or foreign military bases

Express Shipping With Express Shipping, your order will arrive within 3 business days from the date you place your order. To protect the security of your account, our Credit department may need to contact you for address verification before your order is shipped, which could delay the shipment.

  • Express Shipping is available for an additional $15per item shipped within the 48 contiguous states.
  • For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, Express shipping is available for an additional $20charge per item.
  • Greenhouse Organicswill select the best shipping method possible.
  • Please note: Youmust provide a street address, as Greenhouse Organics and itsshipping affiliateswill not deliver to a Post Office box.•At checkout, just select the “Express” shipping option.

Shipping & Sales Tax Applicable shipping charges will be presented during the ordering process. From time to time, we may offer free shipping under certain conditions, which will be indicated at appropriate places on the Site. A shipping surcharge may be added to all orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States regardless of the

Shipping Option chosen.

Sales tax will be added to orders being shipped to Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.Pre-orders or backorders will ship as soon as product is available. You will not be billed for any order until it has shipped.

Chargebacks and PayPal Disputes

Where a User conducts a chargeback or PayPal dispute against Greenhouse Organics, such User shall be liable to Greenhouse Organics for the full amount of the chargeback or PayPal dispute, as well as any reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection agency fees, court costs, disbursements, and other expenses incurred by Greenhouse Organics in the enforcement of its rights under this section. Shipping Addresses To make sure you receive all of your deliveries without delay, all shipping addresses are verified by US Postal Service for all orders.If your address is not recognized by the US Postal Service Greenhouse Organics may not be able to deliver your order. Please enter all required information and review your address before completing your order. Note:

Greenhouse Organics does not deliver to PO Boxes. Greenhouse Organics does deliver outside the United States; however, Greenhouse Organics will not deliver to Domestic or ForeignMilitary Bases at this time.

Claim Investigations

Sometimes the unexpected happens. We are committed to assisting you in any way possible to resolve your delivery claim issues. It is our goal to ensure our customers are receiving their packages. If not, we want to determine the problem so we can prevent it from happening in the future.

  • To report a problem with a package, please contact Greenhouse Organics Customer Service at 1-800-xxx-xxxx, 8am-6pm EST, 5 days a week.
  • The Claim Investigations Department investigates all delivery claims for packages not received, tampered/damaged, empty, lost in stream, or short-shipped. All problems must be reported within 30days of the invoice date. Delivery claims are time-sensitive because of the time restraints in which a claim must be filed with the carrier.
  • If additional information is necessary to process your claim, we may send additional forms to you via mail, email or fax, which will assist us further in our investigation process to help minimize these losses.
  • You may also check with your neighbors, landlord, family members, or any other person who may have received your delivery. Search the area surrounding your residence as your carrier may have selected a place in which your package will not be damaged by weather or other factors.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for forms to arrive in the mail, 1-2 business days to receive via email and fax. If you do not receive your claim forms, please contactour Customer Service. If we do not require additional information to process your claim, a credit will appear on your account within 5-7 business days.
  • Should claim forms be sent to you, please read them carefully and return the fully completed forms to us via mail, email or fax. The sooner the claim forms are returned, the sooner we can complete the investigation and process your refund.
  • Once the claim forms have been received, please allow 2-3 business days for resolution and the credit to appear. If youhave an email address on file, you will receive an email confirmation of the refund issued.
  • in order to prevent and mitigate losses, the Claims Investigations Department works diligently to investigate various delivery claims with our carriers. If you are contacted by one of our carriers, your cooperation is vital to a successful investigation.
